|
Adults of retirement preparation, and also determine the level of this study is to explore the general characteristics of the subjects according to the difference between the retirement preparation. Subjects residing in Seoul, 20 182 male and female∼adults 60 years of patients. July 2, 2012 and September 24 were made during data collection. The tools used in this study, 24 questions ready for retirement. First, the factor scores of the subjects of retirement preparation economic factors 20.9 points, 21.42 points, physical factors and social factors 19.33 points. Second, the general characteristics of the subjects according to gender, age, level of education, hospital work period, the average monthly income in retirement anxiety total retirement anxiety scores, or that the difference in the scores for each factor were. Based on these results, it is necessary to allow the development of a variety of programs and knowledge of systematic preparation for aging.
